1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background of Study
National Institute for attempt Advocacy (NITA) is the confederacy of three professional groups, namely the Section of Judicial validation of the American Bar Association, the American College of Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. There are three main mission of this scheme which are the first is to promote justice through trenchant techniques and ethical protagonism. The second mission is to train righteousnessyers to be satisfactory and ethical advocates in pursuit of justice and thirdly is to part and teach streak protagonism achievements to support the fair formation of justice. NITAs three move methodology in article of belief advocacy clevernesss has successfully in achieving their main objectives of organization. The three steps are firstly involving students hearing the lecture about the advocacy skill being taught from experienced lawyer. Secondly is involving the students in presenting the skill with the commentaries. Thirdly, is involving the student to observe the demonstration of the skill but the trial lawyer of judge who is experienced at performing that skill. educational activity trial advocacy skills begin in most law school and late in 1980s advocacy skill begins to be recognized.



Most of the law schools incorporated some form of NITAs teaching methodology within their trial advocacy score. Nowadays, trial advocacy course are widely getable to most law students of old university in Malaysia. However the course have not introduced in Faculty of Law and outside(a) Relation of Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) yet. The trial advocacy skills can scarce be obtained by the law students from the legal skill and search methodology subject.
